Terms of Use — VaultSign

1. Acceptance
By using VaultSign, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service
Electronic signature platform with legal validity under Law 14.063/2020 (Brazil) and ESIGN Act (USA).
3. Registration
You must provide truthful information, you are responsible for your account security, and you must be at least 18 years old.
4. Plans
Free plan: 2 documents per month. Paid plans as per current pricing. No refunds.
5. Electronic Signature
VaultSign provides simple electronic signatures (Art. 4, Law 14.063). It does NOT provide advanced (Gov.br) or qualified (ICP-Brasil) signatures. Validity depends on the parties' consent. We record IP, date/time, geolocation, SHA-256 hash, and a complete audit trail.
6. Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Encrypted storage. We do not sell data.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as-is". We are not liable for decisions based on signed documents. Liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.
8. Prohibited Use
It is prohibited to use the platform for illegal or fraudulent documents, bots/scraping, or compromising system security.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Signed documents remain valid after cancellation.
10. Governing Law
Brazil: Law 14.063, MP 2.200-2, LGPD. USA: ESIGN Act, UETA, Florida law. Jurisdiction: Orlando, FL or Salvador, BA.
